God gave me parents for protection and correction until I can function by myself. They program me with correct and acceptable actions and reactions until I can make my own decisions.

My parents would never allow me to do something that would harm me. They would never tell me to do something that would be wrong or damaging to me.

I WILL LISTEN TO MY PARENTS BECAUSE THEY ARE SET IN AUTHORITY BY GOD.

Purpose of Be Your Life

The purpose of Be Your Life

    is to inspire the truest expression of each person
      and to be life for the world.

Mission Of Be Your Life

To create a supportive global community to help foster the expression of each person's "uniqueness" with wisdom and compassion, and a “Be Your Life” product line of "reminders" so that the essence of life is honored and the truth of oneness is realized by all.

This mission will be fulfilled:

  • by providing a platform where people will share their stories and relate what they have learned about themselves and life while expressing their Uniqueness with wisdom and compassion. This platform will also include video/audio interviews and bloggingopportunities
  • by providing a platform where an individual’s gifts are marketed /shared with the community
  • to provide a BYL product line of “reminders”
  • to provide seminars and events to build community and global awareness
  • to establish a charity recognizing those individuals who are working to realize their Uniqueness and share it with the world in the spirit of wisdom and compassion

The Be Symbol

is a universal symbol that serves as reminder for each person to be wholeheartedly open, grounded and attentive in each moment so that the ‘truest expression’ of one’s uniqueness is expressed with love.

What is behind the symbol?

The enveloping circle is the Japanese shape “enso.” This is a classic Zen brush stroke symbol referring to the universal, the absolute, infinity, or enlightenment, emptiness and fullness and for us….. uniqueness and oneness.

The encircling encourages us to see that we lack nothing… but the “awareness that”…. we lack nothing. The openness of the circle alerts us to avoid being so contained within ourselves that we ignore being “available for others” or “whatever else” life offers us in the present.

Enclosed within the circle is the word “Be” which invites us to wholeheartedly “attend” to the moment, and to let go of our attachments with their fleeting realities in order to experience the enveloping sense of Oneness. Only then are we free to realize our inner divinity and to authentically impart our “truest expression”, or our “uniqueness”, for the well-being of others and the world.

Thus, the calligraphic “enso” and the word “Be” entwine to remind us that we are uniquely connected with the universe, to all people and everything that sustains life … and finally we are called to express our ‘uniqueness” with wisdom and compassion.
