So often in our daily lives we find ourselves at the 'crossroads of decision'.

We experience a certain tension at these 'crossroads' and are asked to make conscious choices that may have a significant impact on the quality of our life. We may consciously choose for truth, or honesty or we can succumb to our habitual tendencies that are so often ruled by fear, greed, envy, anger, etc. Before we can arrive at a clear and 'right' decision, we must first 'be in the present moment' with all our feelings. Here are called to courageously embrace, as our own, all the particulars we encounter in our Self- the good, the not-so-good, the real, the damaged, the vulnerable, etc. To fully 'Be' in the 'crossroads of decision' we become aware of the quality of our relationships with parts of our self, others and the surrounding world.

Can you recall a time during your life when you found yourself being called to be fully present at one of these 'crossroads of decision' and share with us what one quality/ facet of your Self that you needed to embrace and embody so that you could arrive at the 'right decision'?
